Where is your company located?
We are located in Taneytown, MD.
Does your company provide a warranty?
Yes, our company provides a 3 year labor warranty.
Does your company offer professional design services?
Yes, we offer professional design services under the terms of a design agreement. The design fees will be applied to your project when you decide to contract with J.R. LeFaivre Construction Company Inc. or you may apply this amount to the construction deposit.
What services does your company provide and what areas do you service?
We are a full service design/build construction company, serving Carroll, Frederick, and Northern Baltimore Counties.
Does your company provide all the services to complete our project?
Yes, we offer a one stop process. Starting from the concept through the completion, your project is designed, estimated, constructed, and managed by the representatives of J.R. LeFaivre Construction Company, Inc.
How long has your company been in business?
Our company was established in 1976 by our current CEO James R. LeFaivre.
Is your company licensed and insured?
Our Company is fully licensed and insured. (MHIC #17126 MHBR # 565) We carry workmen compensation and general liability insurance. At the clients request we will provide you with this information.
When are representitives from your company available for project consultations?
We are available for appointments Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm or during the evening at the client’s request.
Who should be present during the consultation?
We would prefer all parties to be involved in the consultation and any meeting following. Although this is not a necessity, it is highly preferred.
Who will meet with us on our first consultation?
A specialty representative from our company will meet with you depending on the type of project you are interested in.
